9 Days Left Friday

Started my day with a 25 min run at the gym.  Went on to work for a few hours and then back to training with trainer at STS.

Exercises:

Lunges on Smith Machines
Straight leg dead lifts 30lbs weights
Rows with machine

Squats on Smith Machine
Kettle bell swings 15lbs front to back
Kettle bell between legs as I did lunges
